  2. i really love the way you personify sleep. it’s great. i think the poem can end with the lines of the stanza before the last:

    she will have her way with me
    use me and tease me and at sunrise leave me

    that would be an even stronger ending.

  3. Awesome poem!! Very cool! Yes “she” visits me often also. Insomnia to me feels me more like a creature stalking me and striking everyone time I try to close my ends forcing me to open my eyes again to stay awake watchful of any attacks.
